We offer you a part-time position (up to 19.5 hours per week) at our Haus Kirchbergstraße in Hagen, permanent and with the option to arrange your start date flexibly – preferably as soon as possible. • You support people with intellectual and complex multiple disabilities at Haus Kirchbergstraße, providing them with a structured daily routine and individual support
• You consider the individual capabilities of our clients in care and provide exactly the support they need
• Your ideas and suggestions enrich our team
• You work closely together in the team and are part of an appreciative community
• Written documentation is a natural part of your daily work

• You have completed training as a health and nursing care worker / geriatric care worker / special needs care worker (m/f/d)
• Ideally you have experience in supporting people with disabilities – if not, we warmly invite you to get to know us during a trial day
• You bring creativity in daily work and a hands-on mentality
• You are resilient, flexible and adaptable
