About this Apprenticeship
The KEH NEXT training ward in nephrology is seeking a qualified nurse to start as soon as possible in a permanent full or part time position. The ward combines nursing with shared learning and putting research into practice.
What You'll Learn
- Provide nursing and therapeutic care, advice and support in nephrology
- Help trainees put theory into practice on the KEH training ward, working closely with clinical practice instructors who have dedicated teaching time
- Help shape a nursing care process that builds on patients' existing strengths and abilities
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse or a Bachelor of Nursing degree.
- Ideally, experience or interest in supporting trainees or students, or qualification as a clinical practice instructor
- Professional expertise, a feel for teaching and enjoyment of sharing knowledge with colleagues
- Patience, humour and a real interest in development
- Team spirit, a sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for new things
- Christian values and willingness to actively support the Christian service mission of our work are welcome.
