The “Lazarus Schools” in the heart of Berlin offer around 350 students various state-recognized training programs. The guiding motto of our schools is: “Never give up on anyone or anything.” For nursing instruction at our nursing school and our school for nursing assistants, at the Berlin-Mitte location, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a Nursing Educator (m/f/d) with 38.5 hours per week (including approx. 24 teaching hours), permanent position.

Designing lessons at the nursing school / school for nursing assistants. Supervising and advising trainees in practical facilities. Preparing and conducting examinations. Participating in curricular work and evaluation. Taking on class leadership duties.

You have completed a university degree in nursing or medical education at master's level or equivalent, or are enrolled in a master's program. You have completed training as a nursing specialist, geriatric nurse, or health and nurse (m/f/d). You have preferably already gained teaching and/or examination experience at a comparable vocational school. You enjoy teaching and like working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds and language levels. You possess empathy, reliability, and passion for the profession. You actively contribute to shaping the diaconal profile of our schools.

Fair remuneration according to the employment contract guidelines of the Diaconal Work Berlin-Brandenburg-Silesian Upper Lusatia, grouped in EG 11, with a minimum of €5,592.38 gross per month for full-time.
