IT Specialist for System Integration

The Bezirk Mittelfranken is looking for an IT specialist for its IT department. The main workplace is the Tillycenter in Nuremberg, with additional assignments at other Nuremberg facilities.

• Commissioning and operation of hardware and software services
• Software deployment through Matrix42, including packaging and distribution of security updates
• First- and second-level support for IT systems and applications
• License administration and use of license servers and license management software
• Support with IT security topics
• Contribution to continuous service improvement
• Documentation of error messages and faults in the user help desk
• Participation in developing and implementing practical IT solutions
• Active participation in various IT projects

• Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, or equivalent knowledge with relevant professional experience in IT
• Strong communication skills, enjoyment of working with people and a confident manner
• Goal-oriented, independent and forward-looking work style
• Strong quality awareness and conscientious approach
• Very good spoken and written German, at least C1 level under the CEFR
• Class B driving licence
• Several years of IT experience, strong knowledge of digitalization and process or project management, good English skills and experience with process-oriented working methods are desirable
