About this Apprenticeship
The District of Middle Franconia seeks support for its Central Services team at the district administration building in Ansbach as soon as possible. This part-time role is 19.5 hours per week. Work takes place only in the afternoons, with flexible hours Monday to Friday between noon and 8 p.m., spread across at least four working days per week.
What You'll Learn
- Prepare paper documents for digitisation
- Digitise paper documents and check the resulting files
- Check documents that have been sorted by department
- Forward and save the digitised documents
Requirements
- Experience in office work; relevant vocational training would be desirable
- An interest in IT
- Basic computer skills, particularly in common Microsoft Office applications
- Reliability, teamwork and a high level of discretion
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
