Insurance and Finance Clerk/Business Specialist Industrial/Municipal Property Insurance

BGV is the leading insurer in Baden. At our Karlsruhe site, we are looking for an Insurance and Finance Clerk/Business Specialist (m/f/d) for industrial/municipal property insurance in our Municipal division, starting at the earliest possible time.

• Independent, self-responsible, qualified and customer-oriented processing of applications, contracts and deadlines for property insurance transactions in lead business, plus business under another insurer's lead, especially with other public insurers. The focus is on managing existing contracts and reviewing new participation requests; customers include hospitals, municipal utilities, industry-related business and housing companies
• As a competent contact person (m/f/d), advise and support municipal customers and sales colleagues (m/f/d) on specific questions and work closely with them
• Create the highest customer satisfaction with competence and helpfulness

• Training as an insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d), ideally with further training as an insurance specialist/business administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification or additional qualification (e.g. underwriter)
• Several years of experience in operational insurance business in industrial/commercial or municipal property insurance, including mutual participation business
• Strong customer and service orientation with a high awareness of quality
• Good communication skills in person, by phone and in writing
• Independent and structured way of working combined with willingness to take responsibility, decisiveness and economic thinking and action
• Team player with enthusiasm for driving topics and new ideas
• A cooperative and appreciative attitude and strong teamwork round off your profile
