Bilfinger offers a three-year apprenticeship as an industrial scaffolder in the Herne area and its immediate surroundings. As an international industrial services provider, Bilfinger supports customers with consulting, engineering, manufacturing, assembly and maintenance.

Plan and draw scaffolding for use in large industrial plants; erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding at changing locations; work at different industrial plants; maintain, store and safely transport scaffolding materials; learn about occupational safety and apply it in practice; complete block-based training with placements at vocational school, in inter-company training and at company sites.

At least a successfully completed lower secondary school certificate or completion in the near future; technical understanding and manual skills; no fear of heights; enjoyment of working outdoors; careful and structured working style; reliability; curiosity; enjoyment of teamwork.
