The three-year apprenticeship (shortening possible) takes place at the Schkeuditz site near Leipzig and at a vocational school in Leipzig. Apprenticeship starts in August 2027. YOUR APPRENTICESHIP: Practice-oriented training in our own training workshop and in production. Fundamentals of metalworking (e.g. drilling, milling, turning). Manufacturing and assembly of components and subassemblies into compressors. Working from technical drawings and work plans. Operating and monitoring machines and production equipment. Very high chances of being hired after completion.

Successful completion of secondary school (Realschule). Interest in technology, machines and production processes. Manual dexterity and good technical understanding. Careful, precise and reliable work ethic. Interest in geometry and mechanical relationships. Self-motivation, perseverance, concentration and sense of responsibility. Openness and team spirit.

Individual support for exam preparation. Exchange with apprentices and students from other locations. Varied team-building events. Various training courses to strengthen communication and presentation skills. And much more.
