Intern Ramp-up Management Complete Vehicle

Our team at the BMW Group manages the ramp-up of new vehicle projects at the Munich plant and offers you the opportunity during your internship to learn about the processes of complete vehicle technology. We enable you to contribute to the implementation of innovative projects and gain insights into the collaboration of cross-departmental and cross-technology teams.

• Operationally support the team in the pre-series phases, for example with prototypes at the plant
• Get to know the launch processes at the Munich plant and the product creation process of vehicle projects, and support the digitalization of systems and processes
• Take part in cross-department and cross-technology teams and gain insight into innovative projects

• Studies in computer science, business informatics, data science or a comparable degree program
• Programming skills, e.g. in Python or SQL
• Experience with cloud platforms and services, e.g. AWS S3, AWS Athena or AWS Glue
• Knowledge of relevant business intelligence tools, e.g. AWS Quick Suite
• In-depth knowledge of data preparation and visualization, e.g. with common Python libraries such as Pandas, Plotly or Matplotlib
• Very good skills in building simple web apps, e.g. with Streamlit
• Fluent German and English skills
