Intern Material Control and Logistics Planning

Our Material Control and Logistics Planning team at the BMW Group drives innovation, process thinking and team spirit. We are currently shaping two groundbreaking topics: Project Alpina and the redesign of our logistics IT systems. As part of your internship, you will become part of our team and shape the future of the supply chain.

• You help design and optimize the value streams between suppliers and assembly and take part in developing innovative logistics solutions.
• You also take part in the Alpina project by analyzing and further developing new processes and helping shape future supply security.
• You also help enable suppliers so that all partners are ready for new requirements and process landscapes.
• You also contribute to important project milestones in the ItO phase of supply planning.
• You also contribute your ideas on data management, data preparation and presentation design in the SAP redevelopment (PKT).
• You also represent the BMW Group confidently towards suppliers and service providers.

• Studies in business administration, industrial engineering, production engineering or a comparable subject, ideally with a logistics focus.
• First experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Confident use of MS Office and SAP.
• Structured, analytical thinking, strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Very good German and English skills.
