Intern Prevention of Musculoskeletal Disorders in Assembly

During your internship, you will support us in the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders and contribute to the promotion of ergonomic behavior in the workplace. We place great value on open communication and the exchange of ideas.

• Support the implementation of a concept to prevent musculoskeletal disorders in assembly as part of workplace health management.
• Be closely involved in communication with managers, supervisors and employees, with comprehensive induction.
• Help plan, organise, carry out and evaluate measures to promote ergonomic behaviour in the workplace.
• Gain direct insight into assembly production processes and help provide individual advice and training for employees at their workstations.

• Studying training science, applied movement science, sports science or a comparable degree.
• Knowledge of the human musculoskeletal system, for example through physiotherapy training or an A or B fitness trainer licence, or a comparable qualification.
• Initiative and a confident manner.
• Enjoy taking a proactive and supportive approach.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Confident use of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• German proficiency suitable for business negotiations.
