• Restoration in tenant apartments after insurance damages
• Renewal of permanent elastic joints
• Laying of floor coverings
• Repair of wall and floor tiles
• Work in the area of drywall construction

• Completed vocational training in a craft field or comparable qualification
• Ideally already experience in maintenance of residential properties
• Flexible work and independent completion of tasks
• Friendly and customer-oriented manner
• Driving license class B or 3
• Communicative German skills at least B2 level
