Accounting Clerk

B&O Service is looking for support for its commercial team as an accounting clerk (m/f/d) in Chemnitz, starting as soon as possible. You work in a friendly environment with short communication paths.

• You independently process invoices in the housing management sector.
• You bill tradesperson services based on existing contracts.
• You take on order controlling.
• You handle payment transactions and take care of receivables management.
• You create and check statistical reports.
• You help prepare monthly and annual financial statements.

• You have a completed commercial apprenticeship.
• You bring 3 years of professional experience in housing management or in accounting and commercial work.
• You have a strong basic technical understanding and the motivation to dive deep into our product world.
• You have solid practical experience in accounting, ideally in the trades.
• You have confident German communication skills at least at B2 level.
