Application Support & Testing

At B&O Service, the tradespeople are at the centre, and the IT department supports them. Together we develop and run digital solutions and optimise processes. We are looking for an Application Support (m/f/d) in Munich or Bad Aibling as soon as possible.

• You resolve requests in the ticket system and document incidents.
• You independently handle error analysis and problem solving for your applications
• You communicate with downstream support units and contacts.
• You support us with IT projects and in testing the applications.
• You create and maintain test cases in our test management tool.
• You run regression tests before releases and ensure the quality of our applications.
• You document test results and errors in a structured and traceable way and support their resolution in close cooperation with business departments and development teams.

• You have completed vocational training in IT or comparable practical work experience.
• You are interested in IT topics and technology and are willing to get up to speed on new tasks and areas.
• You have basic knowledge of application support and ticket systems.
• You have a basic knowledge of JavaScript.
• You have first experience in structured testing of web applications or are willing to learn this field.
• You work carefully and analytically and document your work clearly.
