Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Service Technician, up to €47,000 gross per year

B&O Service is seeking a plumbing, heating and air conditioning service technician in Magdeburg to start as soon as possible. The role involves independent maintenance and repair work in tenants' homes, supported by digital tools and suitable equipment.

• Carry out maintenance and individual repairs independently in tenants' homes.
• Fix faults and repair central and individual heating systems.
• Source the required materials independently and efficiently.
• Provide heating and plumbing customer service and ensure tenants are satisfied.
• Carefully record all completed work in the company's IT systems.

• You have completed vocational training as a plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems mechanic or heating installer.
• You have customer service experience and handle customer situations confidently.
• You work flexibly, independently and reliably.
• You are friendly with customers, confident and well presented.
• You enjoy working with people and communicate openly and respectfully.
• You hold a category B or category 3 driving licence and can travel for work.
• You can communicate confidently in German at B2 level or above.
