About this Apprenticeship
In the friendly customer service team, you are the first contact for all tenants, whether for damage reports or other concerns. We are looking for a (Junior) Customer Advisor (m/f/d) in Berlin as soon as possible.
What You'll Learn
- You are the first contact person by phone for our tenants and handle their reported repair requests.
- You take care of online damage reports as well as reports that come in by email from our technical property caretakers.
- You work closely with our craftspeople and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Ideally you have first experience in customer service.
- You work independently and responsibly.
- You have a high level of empathy for tenants' problems
- Using MS Office applications is no problem for you.
