About this Apprenticeship
B&O Service is seeking a plumbing, heating and air conditioning technician in Demmin to start as soon as possible. You will work independently with digital support to maintain and repair heating systems, modernise bathrooms and fix water damage in homes.
What You'll Learn
- You independently carry out maintenance and individual repairs in tenants' homes.
- You fix faults and repair central and individual heating systems.
- You obtain the required materials independently and efficiently.
- You provide heating and plumbing customer service and help keep tenants happy.
- You carefully record all completed work in the company's IT systems.
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a plumbing, heating and air conditioning technician, heating installer, or gas and water installer.
- You have customer service experience and handle customer situations confidently.
- You hold a category B or 3 driving licence and can travel for work.
- You can communicate confidently in German at B2 level or above.
