As a dynamic and motivated Working Student, you’ll be part of our Employer Branding team, which is responsible for the entire presence of BCG’s employer brand in the Central European market. You’ll support the execution of our employer branding strategy and take on your own projects as part of your working student activities. You’ll also be involved in developing campaigns, creating and maintaining content, handling social media activities (such as posts and editorial calendars), and performing tasks related to the website. In addition, you’ll create campaign timelines and support business intelligence analyses (e.g., campaign evaluations). Finally, you’ll coordinate with internal departments and external service providers and support individual team members with ad hoc requests.

• You are an enrolled student (ideally majoring in communications, marketing, media studies, or a comparable field of study).
• You ideally have some professional experience from internships or volunteer work.
• You have a good command of MS Office.
• Eagerness and openness to learn new skills
• Curiosity to implement AI in your day-to-day work
• Excellent German and very good English skills round out your profile.
