• You support the head chef in organizing and implementing work processes in the banquet area.
• You assist in the preparation and execution of events, buffets and menus of the highest quality.
• You are part of the kitchen team in the banquet area.
• You actively contribute to menu design for events and bring in creative ideas.
• You check incoming goods, manage stocks and ensure economical use of food.
• You work closely with the service and event team to provide guests with a perfect event experience.

• Completed apprenticeship as a cook
• Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy or hospitality
• Ideally experience in the banquet area
• Knowledge in planning and executing banquet events
• Creativity and a pronounced sense for high-quality food presentation
• Organizational skills, resilience and a structured way of working
• Team spirit and strong communication skills
• Flexibility and willingness to perform
