Many of our kitchen brigade members have been part of our team for years – we are particularly proud of that. Primarily, passion, team spirit and craftsmanship quality count. Each cook is responsible for their station independently and simultaneously contributes together with the whole team to a smooth kitchen process. This creates honest, regional cuisine daily that delights our guests. Variety is guaranteed: Besides our à la carte business, we also cook for events and actively bring seasonal ideas into our menu – your creativity is expressly welcome. --> Starting March 2027 full-time

• Preparation and plating of dishes at the respective station
• Ensuring a smooth kitchen process
• Creative co-design of the menu and seasonal offers
• Guidance and support of kitchen assistants and apprentices
• Compliance with all hygiene regulations (HACCP)

• Completed cook apprenticeship and ideally experience in comparable kitchens
• Passion for Bavarian cuisine and traditional dishes
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility and quality standards
• Organizational talent and joy in the profession
