• Independent management of a service station
• Care and advice of our guests at a high level during à la carte business or at events
• Ensuring a smooth service process
• Taking orders and professionally serving food and drinks
• Recommendation of dishes and matching wines
• Preparation and follow-up of service (mise en place)
• Close cooperation with kitchen and service team
• Training and support of apprentices and commis de rang
• Ensuring our quality and service standards

• Completed apprenticeship in gastronomy/hotel industry or comparable experience in service
• Several years of professional experience in upscale service an advantage
• Pronounced service orientation and host mentality
• Friendly, well-groomed and professional appearance
• Good manners and strong communication skills
• Team player as well as independent and structured way of working
• Resilience and flexibility, even in stressful situations
• Good German language skills, further foreign languages an advantage
• Wine and spirits knowledge desirable
