Apprenticeship as a Nursing Professional in Loßburg

The three-year nursing apprenticeship alternates between classroom theory and practical training at the Gebrüder-Hehl-Stift in Loßburg. The training includes placements in various care settings and is supported by qualified practical instructors.

• Working at the facility and with cooperation partners in acute care, paediatric care and outpatient care
• Caring for and supporting residents in maintaining their independence
• Supporting and encouraging people with physical and psychological disabilities
• Actively helping to plan and coordinate care
• Working as part of a team and with various departments
• Actively contributing to the organisation's diaconal work

• At least an intermediate school-leaving certificate or equivalent, or completed training as a nursing assistant (m/f/d)
• Interest in social, nursing and medical tasks
• Enjoyment of working with people and willingness to perform close-contact care
• Open-mindedness and strong teamwork skills
• Solution-oriented and flexible working style
• Good communication skills and German language skills at least at B2 level, spoken and written
