HR Business Partner

Full-time, permanent position in Cologne in the HR team of BRUNATA-METRONA, a partner to the housing and real estate industry with about 800 employees.

• Strategic and trusted consulting of managers on all HR, organizational and labor law questions
• Ensuring uniform application of HR policies, standards and processes
• Supporting and advising on strategic core HR processes, especially workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, performance management and compensation processes
• Trusted cooperation with the works councils and support of personnel and organizational measures subject to co-determination
• Preparing, supporting and conducting negotiations, especially on works agreements and other co-determination topics
• Self-directed support of organizational changes as well as transformation and change projects
• Close cooperation with the HR expert teams, especially payroll
• Analyzing relevant HR metrics and deriving concrete recommendations for managers and management

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, business psychology, law or a comparable field with a focus on HR
• Relevant work experience as an HR business partner in a complex corporate environment
• Proven experience in strategic consulting of managers at different levels
• Sound knowledge of individual and collective labor law
• Experience working with works councils, negotiating topics subject to co-determination and supporting organizational changes and change processes
• Strong communication, consulting and negotiation skills and a confident presence
• Analytical thinking, business understanding and a solution-oriented way of working
• Strong initiative, persuasiveness, decisiveness and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
