Commercial Clerk, Billing

Full-time position as a Commercial Clerk, Billing (m/f/d) in Cologne, fixed-term for 2 years. The role centers on preparing heating cost statements and looking after customers.

• Preparing heating cost statements correctly and promptly
• Promptly reviewing and processing submitted complaints and initiating the necessary measures or preparing corrections
• Supporting customers by phone and in person

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training, for example as an industrial clerk
• First professional experience in customer-oriented commercial clerical work
• Basic knowledge of the Heating Costs Ordinance is desirable
• Quick comprehension, good head for numbers, strong communication skills and solid PC skills (Word/Excel)
