Assistant to our Commercial Management

Full-time position as assistant to the commercial management at Combi-Verbrauchermarkt Einkaufsstätte GmbH & Co. KG in Nortmoor. The company runs about 190 Combi supermarkets in northwestern Germany and offers a secure job in a high-revenue, growing company.

• Support the commercial management in day-to-day operations
• Prepare presentations, reports and decision documents
• Coordinate appointments, meetings and business trips
• Communicate with internal departments and external partners
• Handle contracts, offers and invoices
• Organize and follow up on meetings
• Maintain and manage documentation and filing systems
• Support projects in the commercial area

• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
• Several years of work experience in an assistant or commercial role are an advantage
• Structured, independent and careful way of working
• Organizational strength and communication skills
• Discretion and trustworthiness
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
