Senior Customer Solution Manager CIR & See

BWI is the Bundeswehr's primary digitalization partner and provides stable, secure and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad. The Customer Solution Unit CIR & See is responsible for BWI's projects and initiatives for the customer in the Bundeswehr's "Cyber and Information Domain" and "Maritime" dimensions.

• Support the technical team lead with requirements analyses and effort estimates
• Responsibility for execution and results of the assigned orders, including steering the initiatives and projects and ensuring overarching reporting as well as billing
• Support in managing requirements and consulting requests from the Bundeswehr in the area of IT solutions for CIR and Maritime
• Close interaction with customers and users and advising key stakeholders
• Help with the coordination, planning and commissioning of the required IT services
• Collaboration with the relevant internal departments to strengthen user orientation

• Completed relevant university degree or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in IT service management as well as requirements analysis and consulting; knowledge of the Bundeswehr's command structures desirable
• Experience applying project management methods, including planning and concept skills; certificates desirable
• Experience with projects for public-sector clients, ideally the Bundeswehr
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills and a business-management orientation
• Very good communication and teamwork skills as well as strong organizational and coordination ability
• Strong decision-making and assertiveness
• Experience in large, regulated IT environments or safety-critical infrastructures is an advantage
• Good knowledge of agile methods and experience applying and using them
• Fluent German and English as well as willingness to travel internationally
