With over 8,000 colleagues, we operate and modernize one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who want to further develop the Bundeswehr IT out of conviction in challenging digitalization projects and thus make a contribution to Germany's security. The "Digital Processes" (DP) department is responsible for the conception, design and further development of a harmonized interoperable IT management framework in the IT system of the Bundeswehr and BWI. The "Concepts" team works together with BWI and for the customer Bundeswehr on the analysis and conception of IT service management processes, taking into account IT management processes and their tool support.

• Conception, (further) development and communication of processes for IT service management
• Independent execution of complex technical tasks to support management in the context of IT service management
• Derivation of requirements and support of the (further) development of IT support for IT service management
• Preparation of contributions to architectures
• Technical coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Practice-oriented analysis of value chains and business logics in IT-SM
• Ensuring knowledge building and transfer within the department and the entire BWI and Bundeswehr

• Completed degree in organizational or business administration, a STEM subject or comparable training
• At least four years of relevant professional experience
• Deep practical experience in using an ITSM tool (ideally USU Service Manager)
• Very good knowledge and experience in process management methodologies, process modeling as well as IT service management and ITIL - ITIL 4 Managing Professional / ITIL 3 Expert desired, ideally knowledge of BPMN 2.0
• Knowledge of modeling applications for business processes required, ideally in SPARX EA, ARIS
• Knowledge of data exchange formats such as XML, JSON, YAML as well as object-oriented programming and scripting languages
• Knowledge in the area of Federated Mission Networking and ADMBw and experience in enterprise architectures desirable
• Experience in cross-functional teams, very good conceptual skills combined with strategic thinking as well as a structured, independent and goal- and result-oriented way of working
• Confident demeanor and strong communication skills as well as a pronounced customer and quality orientation
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx. 20%) and negotiable German and very good English skills
