Master BWI - Dual Study Program M.Sc. Cyber Security Management

We are looking for responsible IT specialists who want to further develop the Bundeswehr IT out of conviction in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security. Do you want to understand how companies and IT systems stay secure and at the same time learn how security requirements can be shaped strategically? Then deepen your knowledge with a dual master's program in Cyber Security Management at BWI. Together with the FOM University of Applied Sciences, you combine academic deepening with practical experience in a particularly relevant IT environment. Study and practice? At our place, both belong together. Your employment contract with us comprises 40 hours – of which you work 30 hours per week on practical topics and are released 10 hours per week for your studies. This allows you to combine your studies and your professional activity and apply what you have learned directly in practice.

• Cyber Security: You deal with modern methods for protecting IT systems and digital infrastructures.
• Security Management: You learn to analyze security requirements and develop suitable measures.
• Risk & Vulnerability Management: You support identifying, assessing risks and developing appropriate countermeasures.
• Security Governance: You gain insights into processes, guidelines and structures necessary for secure IT.

• University degree with IT focus or a relevant specialization and a grade point average of at least 2.5
• First practical work experience
