We are looking for responsible IT specialists who want to further develop the Bundeswehr IT out of conviction in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security. In the dual Master's program Business Consulting & Digital Management at FOM University, you learn to view digital changes holistically and actively shape them. You combine your studies with practical experience and work on real tasks and projects. Studies and practice? At our company, both belong together. Your employment contract with us comprises 40 hours – of which you work 30 hours per week on practical topics and are released 10 hours per week for your studies. This allows you to combine your studies and your professional activity and apply what you have learned directly in practice.

• Consulting: You support the analysis of challenges and the development of suitable solutions
• Digital Transformation: You deal with how processes, structures and technologies can be successfully developed digitally
• Project Management: You work in projects and learn to bring together different interests and requirements
• Concept Development: You support the development of concepts and prepare complex issues in an understandable way

• University degree in a relevant field with a grade point average of at least 2.5
• First practical work experience
• Interest in IT, digitalization and consulting
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical and structured way of working
• Enjoyment in understanding complex issues and communicating them clearly
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good German skills in word and writing
