About this Apprenticeship
As the Bundeswehr's primary digitalization partner, BWI provides stable, secure and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad. The Customer Application Management department mainly provides application support in the area of Customer Solution Enterprise Resource Planning. In the area of SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG), the need for 2nd level support services for the Bundeswehr is growing.
What You'll Learn
- Creating specifications and technical solution concepts for SAP MDG and logistics, taking integration into existing data models and system landscapes into account
- Developing custom extensions and technically implementing SAP MDG and logistics solutions from design and programming through testing to go-live
- Analyzing, aligning and coordinating Bundeswehr requirements and professionally handling complex inquiries on SAP MDG and SAP logistics
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in computer science or business administration with at least 4 years of professional experience, or a comparable qualification related to master data management
- Sound knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 app programming (ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP)) or the SAP OData environment
- Good knowledge of SAP MDG for various master data objects and in MDG workflows, BRF+, and additionally in SAP S/4HANA applications is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented behavior and a solution-oriented way of working round off your profile
- Fluent German, spoken and written

- The starting salary is usually between €71,000 and €91,650 gross per year. The exact amount is set based on criteria such as qualification, area of responsibility and the requirements of the position. Justified deviations are possible in individual cases
