Senior Consultant AI and ITSM Digitalization

As part of BWI's Center of Excellence Consulting, you support Bundeswehr customers in developing their IT service management solutions, especially by integrating AI functions. You structure customer requirements and work at the interface between platform strategy, project management and technical implementation.

• Stakeholder management in the customer environment, including moderating workshops and alignment meetings with departments and customers as well as reaching reliable decisions
• Analysis of IT service management processes, especially regarding AI-supported automation potential
• Gathering, assessing and managing requirements for AI solutions
• Designing solutions for integrating AI into the IT service management platform
• Planning of implementation measures

• Successfully completed degree in IT management, business informatics, data science or a STEM subject, or a comparable qualification
• At least four years of professional experience in IT service management, ideally based on ITIL
• Experience with the digitalization of business and ITSM processes
• Experience with integrating AI into business and ITSM processes
• Project management certifications, for example PMI, Scrum or PRINCE2, are desirable
• Assessment and consulting skills regarding established methods as well as new technologies and trends
• Understanding of technology, innovation skills, creativity and a high degree of flexibility
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Teamwork skills and an independent way of working
