Working Student, Customer Enablement – Learning & Development

This working student role in Learning & Development at BWI's Center of Excellence Customer Enablement supports training and communication activities for the German armed forces, along with organisational and administrative work.

• Coordinate, create and revise management presentations, agendas, briefings and other documents
• Prepare and follow up on workshops, meetings, events and other formats, and help deliver them
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Support editorial work and help create communication materials, such as blog posts, articles and posts for customer communities
• Research and prepare relevant information, maintain overviews and track outstanding tasks and deadlines
• Help create training materials
• Support administrative tasks, such as reporting

• Enrolled in a master's programme in education, communication studies, business education, psychology or a similar subject
• Initial experience through internships or working student roles in consulting, education or training is desirable
• Interest in learning and development and modern learning formats
• Confident use of MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint
• A structured, careful and independent approach to work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a high degree of independence in developing your own solutions
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany
• Very good spoken and written German
