Working Student, Spark Cells at the Bundeswehr Cyber Innovation Hub

Working student role supporting the Spark Cell programme at the Bundeswehr Cyber Innovation Hub. The programme helps military units carry out their own local innovation projects and develop an innovative mindset.

• Help expand the CIHBw Spark Cell programme within the Bundeswehr, for example by preparing presentations and strategy papers
• Help support Spark Cells with purchasing, project management and teaching methods
• Prepare and follow up on meetings, workshops and events
• Contribute to research, analyses, concepts and presentations
• Support continuous improvements and add to the knowledge management system

• Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's programme related to innovation, technology or business, for example Business Administration, Communication Studies or Business Informatics
• Enjoy working in a diverse team with a flat hierarchy
• An interest in IT and innovation
• Enthusiasm for innovation, change management and agile methods such as Design Thinking and Scrum
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is an advantage
• An independent, structured and quality-focused approach to work
• Analytical, creative and communicative
• Business-fluent German and good English skills
