We are looking for responsible IT specialists who want to further develop the Bundeswehr IT out of conviction in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security. The Cyber Innovation Hub of the Bundeswehr (CIHBw) is the "Change Agent" of our armed forces. With a diverse team of soldiers, reservists and civilian employees, we build bridges between the Bundeswehr and the startup world. Our vision: "Empowering Innovation in Defence". Since 2017, we have been driving the digital transformation of the Bundeswehr as a Digital Innovation Unit – quickly, pragmatically and user-centric. We bring innovative ideas from the startup world into the Bundeswehr system, promote agile methods, network digital talents and rethink defense. As a working student with a focus on knowledge management & KPI reporting, you support our cross-sectional area in the structured preparation of information, key figures and decision-making bases. You help create sustainable transparency about projects, services and processes and make organizational knowledge available via collaboration tools. In addition, your project-related collaboration on cross-sectional topics of the O&P area is in demand.

• Support in building and maintaining a structured knowledge management system
• Documentation, structuring and standardization of processes, templates and project results
• Collection, preparation and analysis of KPIs and performance metrics
• Creation and further development of reports and management dashboards
• Support in defining and tracking metrics systems
• Contribution to ad-hoc analyses and cross-department evaluations
• Quality assurance of data and reporting structures
• Support in cross-functional project work in the O&P area

• Ongoing studies in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable degree program
• Strong analytical thinking and affinity for numbers
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel (pivot, formulas, ideally Power Query)
• Interest in reporting, KPI systems and structured knowledge building
• Prior experience with collaboration tools (preferably Confluence, SharePoint)
• Structured, independent and careful way of working
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
