Service Dispatcher

As a Service Dispatcher (m/f/x) you ensure smooth first-level support and efficient, on-time control of service assignments. You coordinate internal and external parties and ensure transparent documentation and communication.

• Receiving, technically pre-clarifying and recording customer and technician reports in the IT system
• Phone advice on troubleshooting, narrowing down complex faults and passing them to product specialists
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring service assignments considering qualifications, schedules and cost efficiency
• Logistical and technical support for customer service engineers and customer service technicians
• Coordinating contract partners and material procurement, and monitoring and chasing delivery dates
• Processing and monitoring orders, complaints, and warranty and goodwill cases
• Maintaining master data and order information in SAP or comparable ERP systems
• Creating overviews, reports, key figures and status documentation

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training,
• Further training as a master craftsman or business specialist or a completed degree is a plus
• Several years of experience in customer service, call center, service coordination or dispatching
• Experience in planning field assignments, logistics, technical preliminary clarification and complaint and order processing
• Solid IT skills and confident use of SAP or comparable ERP systems
• Knowledge of warranty, goodwill, spare parts procurement, delivery date tracking and project-related processes
• Strong communication and customer orientation, organizational talent, ability to prioritize, and negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Very good German skills and good English skills, spoken and written
• The position requires a high degree of flexibility, resilience, reliability and teamwork.
