Internship Marketing ENT and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery - Focus Clinical Marketing

• Support of the marketing team in daily business and in analysis, conception, realisation and reporting of the global marketing strategy with a focus on clinical marketing
• Participation in the development, implementation and evaluation of international, digital multi-channel campaigns (with particular attention to SMA, SEA, GEO and SEO)
• Realisation of sub-projects in the area of Strategic Marketing and/or Content Marketing in accordance with Brand Guidelines
• Collaboration on projects (e.g. international product launches and marketing strategies, creation and optimisation of multi-channel campaigns)
• Support in planning, organising and conducting internal and external events

• Advanced studies with a focus on Marketing, Communications, PR or Media Design, e.g. (International) Business Administration or Health Management. A clinical qualification (e.g. as a nursing specialist) is an advantage
• Conceptual and analytical skills as well as an understanding of technical content
• Sure instinct for a global brand
• Great interest in digital trends and topics (e.g. GenAI, GEO)
• Confident handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of image and video editing programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud is an advantage
• Strong communication skills as well as a structured, precise and reliable way of working
• High degree of initiative and commitment
• Strong team skills, creative, resilient and flexible
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken, further languages an advantage
