Internship - Technology Excellence & Innovation Management

Internship in ZEISS Corporate Research & Technology in Oberkochen. You combine studies and practice and actively work on exciting projects.

• Support communication and visibility of initiatives of the top "expert career path for R&D and innovation"
• Maintain and further develop knowledge management systems
• Promote transparency, documentation and knowledge sharing across teams and business units
• Support and help organize workshops, community formats and strategic events
• Track project plans, milestones, timelines and actions
• Create presentations, reports and communication materials
• Actively help shape structured ways of working, governance processes and continuous improvements

• Current studies in business administration, innovation management, communication studies, business informatics, project management or a comparable degree program
• Passion for innovation, new technologies and turning new ideas into concrete value
• Interest in project management, communication and knowledge management
• Strong organizational and analytical skills and a structured way of working
• Active contribution to transparency, knowledge sharing and innovation, plus strong communication and enjoyment of cross-department collaboration
• Very good German and English skills
• Solid MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel as well as Miro, Teams or SharePoint)
• Experience with content management systems desirable (e.g. TYPO3, Contentful, Sitecore, Adobe AEM, WordPress)
• Basic understanding of technical contexts (templates, interfaces, data protection)
• Experience with AI applications/tools and the ability to use AI tools sensibly for research, writing text (e.g. user stories), data analysis or process automation
