Technical Coordinator Factory Layout & Infrastructure - fixed-term for 2 years

We are looking for a Technical Coordinator Factory Layout & Infrastructure (m/f/x) - fixed-term for 2 years for our team in Oberkochen.

• Support project teams in new construction and conversion projects in factory and office planning
• Collection of media requirements and digitization of data - creation of 2D and 3D drawings
• Continuous updating of planning documents for structural and machinery changes with on-site presence
• Contribution to the creation of standardized planning templates, new planning processes and space derivations
• Support the translation of requirements for media infrastructure, HVAC and operating equipment into CAD drawings
• Participation in the creation and documentation of technical requirements

• Successfully completed training as a technical draftsman or comparable technical qualification
• Professional experience in factory planning and infrastructure projects (structural engineering and/or technical building services)
• Very good and proficient knowledge of planning and factory planning software (AutoCAD, Revit) in both 2D and 3D
• Good intuition and technical know-how for translating and implementing concepts into CAD planning documents
• Good basic knowledge of common MS Office products, especially Excel, Word, Outlook
• Independent, structured and absolutely reliable way of working
• Strong sense of responsibility and high level of teamwork
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
