Plant Mechanic for Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

CLAAS Industrietechnik GmbH in Paderborn is looking for a dedicated building maintenance technician (m/f/d) as soon as possible, so that buildings, building systems and infrastructure work optimally at all times.

• Maintenance, servicing and repair of building systems (heating, plumbing, air conditioning and compressed air) and buildings (windows, doors, gates, roofs, fire-fighting equipment and ducts)
• Regular inspection and checking of building systems
• Quick analysis and fixing of faults in buildings and building infrastructure
• Coordination, briefing and supervision of external service providers and specialist companies
• Support in maintaining outdoor areas and carrying out winter services
• Documentation and record-keeping of inspections and maintenance.

• Completed technical vocational training as a plant mechanic for plumbing, heating and air conditioning
• Ideally further training as a master craftsman or technician, plus qualifications as a sprinkler attendant and drinking water hygiene officer
• Work experience in building services, ideally in an industrial or commercial setting
• Strong manual skills and technical understanding
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Class B driving licence and willingness to do occasional on-call duty
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
