Apprenticeship Industrial Mechanic

Working with large production systems, independently manufacturing missing components, turning, milling, drilling, welding. Maintenance, repair and preventing downtime. After training, flexible deployment in production, assembly or quality assurance. Learning manual fundamentals of metal technology, welding technology, (electro-)pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical engineering. Expanding machine fundamentals (milling, turning, grinding). Independent handling of operational projects. Participation in trade-specific workshop instruction and first aid training. Support through internal and external further training.

Manual dexterity, technical understanding, teamwork, communication skills, motivation. Good math and physics knowledge. At least good secondary school leaving certificate.

One-week introductory seminar, laptop and work clothing, comprehensive insights into various company areas, additional training opportunities, participation in trade fairs and internal events, post-training career planning.
