Intern in Corporate Communications - with Salary Information

To support the Thought Leadership and Political Communications function within Corporate Communications, Covestro is looking for an intern (m/f/d) at its headquarters in Leverkusen for six months, starting as soon as possible. The role positions the company as an opinion leader on important sociopolitical issues, steers communications on political topics, and supports the CEO's communications.

• Support research, creation and updating of content on our thought leadership topics
• Work on specific projects to plan and carry out communications activities on thought leadership topics
• Support planning and delivery of opportunities to position the CEO
• Help create high-quality content for the CEO, such as speeches, discussion papers and media briefings

• University studies, preferably in social subjects such as politics, history or sociology, communications/journalism or economics
• Strong interest in social and political issues, driven by a desire for positive change
• Excellent language skills (native German, English at B2 level or above) and enjoyment of writing
• Willingness to learn about complex topics and the basics of corporate communications
• High flexibility and enjoyment of working in diverse, international teams
• Accuracy, creativity and initiative
• Basic MS Office skills and openness to working with AI
