Cook at our clinic in Bad Oeynhausen

The MATERNUS rehabilitation clinic in Bad Oeynhausen, a specialist clinic with 540 beds and about 320 employees, is looking for a full-time cook (f/m/d) as soon as possible. The clinic specializes in orthopedics, behavioral-medicine-oriented rehabilitation, cardiology and neurology.

• Meal preparation: planning and preparing balanced and varied meals that meet the special dietary needs of our rehabilitation patients (e.g. diets, allergies), in cooperation with other departments
• Menu planning: creating weekly plans taking into account seasonal and regional products as well as the individual wishes and preferences of the rehabilitation patients
• Ensuring hygiene: complying with hygiene standards according to legal requirements (HACCP) in the kitchen and storage areas
• Ordering and storage: ordering and receiving food, checking deliveries for quality and freshness, and storing food properly
• Teamwork: guiding and supporting kitchen assistants and working in a dedicated team to ensure high quality food

• completed training as a cook and relevant professional experience
• preferably with experience in communal catering
• strong awareness of hygiene

• computer skills
