Working Student - Central Quality Management

We are the CURA Group - an owner-managed family company with around 4,500 employees nationwide. We operate senior centers, assisted living facilities, and outpatient care at home, supporting seniors every day with high professionalism, respect, and heart. We give seniors a home. We are looking for a working student (m/f/x) in Central Quality Management on a part-time basis (max. 20 hours/week) starting immediately.

• Assist in structuring and revising the Quality Management Manual (QMM) according to market standards
• Logical and comprehensible sorting of chapters and content within the QMM
• Definition and coordination of access and authorization structures, especially in the area of facility management
• Plausibility checks and completion of existing standard operating procedures (SOP) and processes
• Analysis of cross-departmental process chains and ensuring meaningful follow-up processes (e.g., client admission, receivables management, etc.)
• Review and updating of outdated documents and references
• Evaluation of existing processes regarding currency, consistency, and feasibility
• Support in the sustainable implementation and documentation of quality standards

• Ongoing studies in Health Management, Nursing Science, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a comparable degree program
• Knowledge of quality management requirements in geriatric care
• Structured, independent, and self-responsible working style
• Strong process-oriented thinking
• First experience in project management is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness in following up on open topics and measures
• Confident handling of documentation and organizational processes
