About this Apprenticeship
Part-time (20-30 hours/week) starting as soon as possible at CURA SeniorenCentrum Gelsenkirchen, caring for 190 residents across five living units.
What You'll Learn
- You accompany our seniors in daily life with care, respect and real attention, whether with personal hygiene, dressing, mobility or eating
- You help where support is needed, with the aim of preserving as much independence as possible
- You observe attentively and pass on important information, helping keep our care individual and high quality
- You bring ideas, question old ways and shape the care of tomorrow with us, open to digital solutions and new impulses
Requirements
- Completed training as a health and care assistant (one- or two-year training)
- Strong social skills, personal commitment and reliability
- Ability to work hand in hand with all areas of the facility across teams
- Enjoyment of working with older people
