Quality Management Officer Nurse in Heiligenhafen

The CURA SeniorenCentrum Heiligenhafen (23774 Heiligenhafen) is in the northern part of the Wagrien peninsula, right on the beach of the Baltic seaside resort. We care for 68 residents in need of care across two living areas. Part-time (20 hrs/week) from the earliest possible date.

• As QM officer, you are responsible for planning, monitoring and further developing the facility's quality management tools
• You are responsible for introducing and maintaining all quality documents and the continuous expert documentation of measures
• Advising and guiding our staff in handling procedures, duty and work instructions
• Your tasks also include preparing, following up and accompanying external and internal quality audits
• You help implement quality goals

• Completed 3-year training in health and nursing care, pediatric nursing or geriatric care and/or a relevant completed degree in health or social services
• Certified further training as quality management officer desirable
• High social competence, personal commitment and reliability
• Ability to work hand in hand across teams with all areas of the facility
