Quality Management Officer, Nursing Specialist Halle-Lutherbogen

Part-time (35 hours/week) starting as soon as possible. Our CURA SeniorenCentrum Halle Lutherbogen (in 06110 Halle/Saale) is located south of the old town, in the Riebeckviertel. Here we care for our 80 residents in need of care across three living areas.

• As QM officer, you are responsible for planning, monitoring and further developing our facility's quality management tools
• You are responsible for introducing and maintaining all quality documents and for continuous, expert documentation of the measures
• Advising and guiding our employees in using procedures, service instructions and work instructions
• Your tasks also include preparing, following up on and accompanying external and internal quality inspections
• You help implement quality goals

• Completed 3-year training in health and nursing care, pediatric nursing care or elderly care, and/or a relevant completed degree in health or social services
• Certified further training as a quality management officer is desirable
• Strong social skills, personal commitment and reliability
• Ability to work hand in hand across teams with all areas of the facility
