• Advising and looking after customers in a modern and innovative gastronomy
• Quality and hygiene assurance
• Planning of personnel deployment
• Analyzing customer behavior and planning promotional activities
• Insights into the areas of marketing, purchasing, and controlling

• A successfully completed school education, ideally at least intermediate secondary school leaving certificate (e.g., for the commercial content of the apprenticeship)
