About this Apprenticeship
Internship in offer and order management at Daimler Buses in Mannheim. The team manages the offer and order process from order receipt to delivery. Fixed term of 6 months, full-time (part-time possible).
What You'll Learn
- Supporting operational offer and order management
- Helping clarify and process offer and order topics
- Supporting project and special topics and their follow-up
- Taking part in relevant committees and meetings, including preparation and follow-up
- Creating and maintaining reports, overviews and presentations
- Helping analyze and optimize processes in offer and order management
- Independently handling defined work packages after appropriate onboarding
Requirements
- You are studying industrial engineering, business administration, information and communication technology or a comparable field
- You have experience with conceptual work and process optimization
- You know the M365 environment and ideally also SAP and possibly Power BI
- You have good English skills
- You structure your thoughts clearly and logically and express complex content concisely, both in writing and visually
- You enjoy communicating in speech and writing, adapted to the audience and situation
- Your strengths are teamwork, networking and an independent way of working
- You stand out through high commitment, dedication and flexibility
