About this Apprenticeship
- As a working student (m/f/d) in the training department, you support the vocational training team in organizing vocational training, especially with administrative processes. As part of your activities, you assist with the following tasks:
- Selection processes for trainees, such as preparing and conducting aptitude diagnostic test procedures
- Applicant management, advising and informing applicants
- Preparation and conduct of internal courses and workshops for trainees
- Preparation and conduct of induction days at the start of the new training year
- Organization and processing of processes related to student internships
- Support of our training teams in daily operational business
- Support of the training team in training marketing at trade fairs or school visits You will thus gain a comprehensive insight into the field of vocational training and organization of the aforementioned areas of responsibility. We enable you to gain valuable specialist knowledge and experience in the operational HR area.

Requirements
- Enrollment in a degree program in Business Administration (preferably with a focus on "Human Resources"), (Business) Psychology or a comparable degree program.
- Language skills: very good German skills in word and writing
- IT skills: Confident use of MS Office/PowerPoint
- Personal competencies: You have very good organizational skills and enjoy working into processes. You work independently and reliably and like to contribute your strengths to the team. A high reliability characterizes you as well as the joy of dealing with people.
