The studies are complemented by technical and personal development seminars. Theory at DHBW Heidenheim, practice at the Neu-Ulm plant. A semester at a partner university abroad is possible.

• Sales: Analysis of market and customer interests to optimize our products and improve sales
• Controlling/Finance: Budget planning for future product developments and investment projects
• Purchasing and Logistics: Organizing the optimal interaction with the various suppliers
• Product Management: Strategic product placement
• Functional areas such as HR and IT: Personnel planning and controlling, IT strategy management, architecture and infrastructure

• General, subject-specific university entrance qualification or advanced technical college entrance qualification with good grades, especially in mathematics
